How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 5-7 business days from order confirmation. Urgent delivery (3-5 days) and extended timelines (4+ weeks for complex engagements) are available during configuration.
Complex deliverables may require additional time — we'll confirm the timeline before you checkout.
What file formats can I upload?
We accept PDF, Word (.doc, .docx), Excel (.xls, .xlsx), PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx), and CSV files.
If you have materials in other formats, contact us and we'll find a solution.

How do revisions work?
After receiving your deliverable, you can request revisions through your workspace. Mark up sections you'd like changed, add comments, and submit your revision request.
We'll update both your document and Digital Twin within 2-3 business days. There's no limit on revision rounds — we want you to be completely satisfied.
What is provenance and why does it matter?
Provenance means every claim, finding, and data point in your deliverable is explicitly traced back to its source document and location.
This matters because:

Is the Digital Twin included in the price?
Yes, it's included free with every deliverable. Traditional advisory firms would charge tens of thousands extra for this capability — if they could offer it at all.
How long do I have access to my Digital Twin?
Your Digital Twin remains accessible for 12 months from delivery. Extended access is available for ongoing engagements. When you request revisions, the Digital Twin is updated automatically.
Can I share the Digital Twin with colleagues?
Yes. You can invite team members to access your workspace and Digital Twin. Everyone sees the same information and citations, making it easy to collaborate on analysis and decisions.
Security & Privacy
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Security is fundamental to our platform:

Is my data used to train AI models?

How long do you retain my data?
Your uploaded documents and deliverables are retained for 12 months to support revisions and Digital Twin access. After this period, data is automatically deleted unless you request extended retention.
You can request immediate deletion of your data at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
